Getting in touch

We value every single patient that walks through our Barn Doors, and we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have local, national and international patients using our services.

For most patients, your experience will start with a phone call or email. Whether this is simply to obtain more information about the treatments we offer, or to make an appointment, our highly trained Receptionist & Patient Co-ordinators will be happy to provide you with all the information that you require, and to schedule your appointments.

For certain procedures or services, we may ask you to complete your patient paperwork and documentation in advance, in which case these documents will be emailed to you for you to complete at your convenience. We also tend to check in with you again a few weeks prior to your appointment, to ensure you’re ready and prepared for your procedure and a little reminder of anything you would be required to bring with you.

Your Visit to our Clinics

For International patients, or patients visiting our London clinic, a short Skype, video call or telephone appointment may be made for you prior to your appointment. This is a great opportunity to discuss your condition with your practitioner and to ask any questions you may have. We also find that patients enjoy ‘meeting’ their practitioner ‘face-to-face’ prior to travelling, so they know who will be taking care of them when they arrive for their appointment.

Of course, if you are a UK based patients visiting our clinics and you would like to arrange a telephone call or video chat with us prior to your appointment, you are very welcome to request this.

When you arrive at the clinic (having travelled 3 miles or 3,000 miles) you will receive a warm and professional welcome. You are welcome to enjoy a drink while you wait for your appointment to commence.

Ongoing Care

Our care of you will often continue long after you have left the clinic. Certain procedures will require us to keep in contact with you following your treatment and throughout your recovery period. And please be assured, if you have any concerns, or anything you would like to discuss, we are just a phone call or an email away.

Patient care is our number one priority, and we can promise that every member of our team will always treat you with the upmost respect, dignity and courtesy.
