For Insurers

Most insurers cover the treatments offered, including Cryosurgery, at The Barn Clinic – however we always ask our patients to check with their insurer and their personal policy prior to making an appointment.

Please note, we do not accept BUPA, AXA PPP or Vitality Health. *Please note we do accept BUPA Worldwide

We will also require a written letter / email from the insurance company confirming that they will be covering the entire/partial cost of the treatment, and how much they will be covering. In the event of an insurance company only part-funding consultation/treatment fees, the patient will become responsible for the payment of the shortfall/remaining balance of the fees. Any payments for shortfall, excess or remaining balances will be due 30 days post treatment. Any payments that have not been made within the 30-day period will incur interest.

If a patient has requested that you cover the cost of their treatment at The Barn Clinic, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, should you require any further information about our practitioners or facility.

For Companies & Employers

We have found increasingly in clinic that some patient’s employers are either contributing to, or in some cases entirely funding the cost of their employee’s treatment costs.

Having employees needing time off for medical procedure with long recovery times, such as Morton’s Neuroma excision surgery (which typically requires a minimum of 8 weeks off work), can become incredibly costly both financially and in terms of productivity for employers.

Cryosurgery for Morton’s Neuroma means that patients can often return to work after 3-4 days post treatment (some jobs that require patients to be on their feet for the majority of their day may require up to 2 weeks off work).

Similarly, Cryosurgery is often a popular choice to patients who are self-employed. This means our patients can get back to their businesses as quickly as possible, without missing our on vital work and opportunities.

We have worked with both small business and large corporate companies in funding treatment for their employees.

If you or your employer requires any further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
